White Fufu is a flour obtained from cassava soaked in water for a few days, after dried and ground. It has a particular taste and a typical smell. The prepared white fufu gives an edible paste.

COOKING:
4 cups of fufu white flour.6 cups of water, it all depends on how thick you want it. Boil 2 cups of water and add the mixture. Cook until the liquid turns into a paste.
Test: wet your hand and touch the dough …if it sticks to your fingers, cover and cook longer. As soon as it is cooked remove from heat and put in a ball. Accompany your fufu with foufoui dessi foufou (white) sauce.
